Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience: Insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• Licensing: Property & Casualty, Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs.
• Present and explain products, benefits, and coverage options.
• Customize programs to fit client needs and exceed sales targets.
