Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience is preferred.
• Insurance experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and execute a plan to grow the territory to meet premium and policy goals.
• Prospect new opportunities, secure agency appointments, and conduct face-to-face agency visits.
• Collect and disseminate market intelligence and trends to leadership with insights on opportunities.
• Train agents on underwriting guidelines, programs, and rating tools; conduct sessions as needed.
