Job summary

Kemper is actively seeking a National Accounts Sales Executive to lead strategic relationships with large insurance carriers, brokers, and agencies. This role is remote, but travel to accounts and events will be frequent, up to 50% of the time.

You will drive revenue growth across complex accounts and collaborate with leadership and multiple teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B sales experience in insurance or related fields, strong executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of successful B2B sales, preferably in insurance/finance/tech/services.
• Experience managing national or enterprise accounts with complex organizations.
• Established relationships with insurance carriers, brokers or agencies is a plus.
• Proven revenue growth and strong consultative selling skills.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for account meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies for national and large accounts.
• Builds senior-level relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Identifies new business opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
• Cultivates relationships with national account organizations and partners.
• Leads contract negotiations and cross-team implementation.
• Forecasts pipeline and revenue projections for accounts.
• Coordinates with marketing, operations, product, and customer success.
• Delivers presentations, reviews, product trainings and meetings.
