Job summary

AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals for a remote, phone-based life insurance sales role. Training and mentorship are provided, and no license is required to interview.

You will learn how the life insurance industry works, conduct client appointments by phone, identify needs, explain options, and complete applications. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with compensation based on performance.

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in learning a new industry and developing professional sales skills.

This is a fully remote, phone-based life insurance sales opportunity with training and mentorship provided.

Whether your background is in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, recruiting, real estate, automotive sales, or something completely different, previous insurance experience is not required.

Compensation & Classification
