Job summary

AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals for a remote, phone-based life insurance sales role. No prior insurance experience required. Training and mentorship are provided to help you learn the industry, conduct client appointments by phone, and identify clients' insurance needs.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based earnings. Ideal candidates are coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating over the phone, with the ability to work independently from

This is a fully remote, phone-based life insurance sales opportunity with training and mentorship provided.

Compensation & Classification
