Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
• Go beyond standard answers to uncover savings or coverage gaps customers didn’t know to look for, translating complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
• Craft tailored policy packages across our 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage with ease.
• Listen to customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns directly to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with our product team to continuously refine our app and service offerings.
