Jerry.ai is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to deliver consultative experiences and match customers with coverage from our panel of 55+ carrier partners. This full-time, remote-first role serves customers nationwide from home.

You will handle inbound calls across auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty lines, educate customers on savings and coverage, tailor policy packages, and relay feedback to our product team to refine the app and service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
• Empathy and active listening skills to help customers.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout customer experiences handling inbound calls across auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Educate and advocate to uncover savings or coverage gaps and explain policy details clearly.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
