This is a remote-first role with opportunities to influence product direction while helping customers protect what matters most. Two plus years in sales or high‑touch service environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales, consultative account management, or high‑touch service experience.
• Ability to translate complex policy details into clear, actionable options for customers.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with energy, patience, and warmth.
• Identify savings and coverage gaps, explaining options in simple terms.
• Tailor policy packages from Jerry’s carrier panel and finalize coverage smoothly.
• Provide feedback to product teams to improve the app and service based on customer input.
