Qualifications

• HS Degree or Equivalent.
• 1 year revenue cycle or related duties and responsibilities.
• EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables including unpaid, denied and underpaid claims.
• Communicate effectively while handling high claim volume.
• Serve as a resource for management and Level I co-workers; maintain Mercy Service Standards.
