Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Insurance Services Representative II to manage the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied and underpaid claims. You will handle high claim volumes with accuracy, communicate effectively, and support both management and Level I teammates in a fast-paced environment.

This remote role requires being within 60 miles of Springfield, MO, and offers benefits and opportunities to grow within Mercy's Revenue Cycle operations.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or Equivalent.
• 1 year revenue cycle or related duties and responsibilities.
• EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience.
