Qualifications

• EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including unpaid, denied and underpaid claims.
• Communicate effectively while managing high claim volume.
• Serve as a resource for management and Level I co-workers.
