Job summary

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required.
• Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare billing or insurance preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including unpaid, denied and underpaid claims.
• Communicate effectively while handling high claim volume.
