Qualifications

• Solid experience conducting candidate screening and interviews.
• Understanding of employment legislation related to recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring quality and candidate satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert guidance.
• Track changes to a candidate’s status on the ATS for accurate reporting.

Proven experience in client-driven environments

360 recruitment experience in the Insurance industry

Hands-on experience with ATS
