Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst IV to drive profitable growth for personal lines through digital analytics and strategic problem solving. You will partner with the Digital Experience team to translate data into actionable business decisions and enhanced customer outcomes.

You will access large datasets with SQL, Excel, Snowflake and BI tools, craft compelling reports, and support new initiatives with financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of analytical experience in insurance or related industries required; multi-function experience preferred.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and BI/Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Snowflake, Python or R preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize digital experiences through experimentation, analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Develop actionable recommendations to support growth and profitability targets.
• Monitor performance and strategic insights of digital products supporting personal lines auto and property.
• Assess market risks and opportunities and influence executive decisions with data-driven insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams.
