Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on the right coverages to fit their needs.

From day one you will receive paid training, licensing included, and comprehensive benefits. A remote work setup is available with a schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Top performers can earn generous commissions, with a base salary starting at $45K and total earnings up to $75K–$85K depending on performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess insurance needs.
• Recommend coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.
• Represent Liberty Mutual brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Work from home with remote training and licensing included.
