Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance solutions. You will start with paid training, including licensing, in a remote work environment.

Competitive base with licensing in all 50 states, generous commissions, and comprehensive benefits. A schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day is required, with shifts in EST time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
• Begin paid training in a remote work environment from day one.
• License requirements: Property & Casualty Insurance license (training includes licensing).
• No cold calls; work with incoming warm leads.
• Be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; shifts 11:30-8pm, 12:30-9pm, or 1:30-10 EST for minimum 6 months.
