Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching customers with the right coverages and converting leads into policyholders. Training spans 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, with licensing included.

Starting base salary is $45K, with average earnings between $55K and $75K and top performers earning $85k+. All training and benefits begin day one, with a remote work setup and paid licensing in all 50

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to match coverages and convert leads.
• Receive 16 weeks of paid training, licensing included.
• No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
• Remote work environment from day one.
