Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching customers with the right coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

You'll receive paid licensing and training, with 16 weeks training for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements. Location: United States (remote options available).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to identify insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Consult with customers to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Assist with licensing and training requirements as part of onboarding.
