Liberty Mutual Insurance in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching coverages to customer needs and converting leads into policyholders. You will receive paid training including licensing, with a remote work setup and a schedule including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages/products to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work in a remote environment with paid training including licensing if needed.
• Operate in a schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with specified shift times.
