The position requires collaboration with the Data Analyst Team Lead and AIS management, with a strong emphasis on Excel, SQL, Power BI, and knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance lines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with Excel, SQL and Power BI.
• Ability to build dashboards and visualizations for decision-making.
• Experience with data modeling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, underwriting and premium analytics.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and reporting support to leadership and AIS management.
• Identify unprofitable risk segments and opportunities to reduce premium leakage.
• Develop dashboards and reports; monitor underwriting production and goals.
• Collaborate with AIS leaders to drive process improvements and data-driven decisions.
