Job summary

The role requires 6+ years in Commercial/Specialty Lines Insurance, with advanced SQL and Python skills, and experience in Claims Analytics

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Commercial/Specialty Lines Insurance analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Claims Analytics and Subrogation/Recovery.
• Experience working with insurance data and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current commercial insurance claims data to identify trends, recovery opportunities, and financial impact.
• Evaluate and prioritize subrogation and recovery opportunities based on recovery likelihood and business value.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor recovery performance and key KPIs.
• Collaborate with claims, recovery, and business teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support the design of an analytics-driven recovery framework, including prioritization methodologies and business rules.
• Present insights and recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership.

Role Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Business and Data analyst to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN) to support the development of an analytics-driven recovery and subrogation framework. The role involves analyzing commercial claims data, identifying recovery opportunities, quantifying financial impact, and recommending actionable recovery strategies. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to build a repeatable, outcome-based recovery model.

Key Responsibilities
