Jerry.ai is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets and is seeking a Customer Operations teammate. You will help customers with coverage changes, policy questions, and service requests in a fast-paced, remote setting.

This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $19.00 - 21.00 plus equity, flexible scheduling, remote work equipment, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Strong problem solving skills and persistence.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of customers by addressing needs and uncovering gaps or discounts.
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Learn the product deeply to match customers with the right options.
• Resolve inquiries through proactive problem solving.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Provide feedback to improve the product and service delivery.
