Overseas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support an insurance-focused client operation. You will handle inbound inquiries, navigate AMS 360 to update records, and ensure timely, accurate responses across phone, email, and chat.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on AMS 360 experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work fully remotely with minimal supervision. This is a client-facing role with ownership over customer interactions and documentation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with AMS 360 in a professional capacity.
• Background in insurance agency operations or client support.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and records.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly.
• Resolve policy-related questions and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Follow up on open items and close customer interactions properly.
• Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic communication across channels.
• Navigate AMS 360 to access and update customer and policy records accurately.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in AMS 360.
• Ensure data integrity and flag discrepancies for review.
