The role demands clear English communication, meticulous record-keeping, and rapid start availability to cover a team member on medical leave while maintaining service quality remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in a P&C Insurance CSR role with homeowners and auto knowledge.
• Hands-on experience navigating Applied Epic (6+ months) or equivalent systems.
• Clear, precise English communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to adapt to new portals and keep workflows aligned.
• BYOD and remote-work readiness with a reliable home setup.
• Available to start immediately to support urgent coverage.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine administrative requests without direct client calls.
• Log into multiple insurance portals daily to process service requests.
• Maintain flawless records and standard servicing workflows.
