Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Insurance Claims Manager to lead our claims department from anywhere in the United States. You will oversee the end-to-end claims process, drive efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing a distributed team of claims professionals.

Responsibilities include developing policies, monitoring performance metrics, guiding settlements, and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
• 7+ years in insurance claims, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience managing claims operations and teams, preferably remotely.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and technology.
