The role requires 5–7+ years in claims processing with supervisory experience and deep knowledge of state laws and practices. This full-time position offers hybrid/remote work options and a robust Total Rewards Package.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of claims processing and case management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of state laws, regulations, policies, and claims practices.
• Prior supervisory or management experience with coaching and development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned claims unit for 1st party personal and commercial lines.
• Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve complaints and inform management of issues.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Provide daily leadership through staffing, training, and development.
• Maintain accountability for team performance and results.
