Qualifications

• Must be able to handle litigation files from start to finish.
• Thorough knowledge of New York Labor Law preferred.
• Knowledge of Risk Transfer.

Responsibilities

• Investigate litigated claims through various channels and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Analyze information from discovery to evaluate loss and assign experts when needed.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and settle litigated claims within delegated authority.
• Interact with underwriters, agents, defense counsel, and claimants to resolve claims.
