Responsibilities

• Reviews and acts on reports; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinion and early resolution.
• Handles high end cases with serious injuries or complex coverage scenarios.
• Responds to decisions or court orders; creates action plans; coordinates with clients.
• Identifies cases for settlements or redemptions.
• Gathers documents and coordinates with client designees.
• Requests legal/private investigations; coordinates with local counsel.
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed.
• Supports the organization’s quality program(s).
