Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters in evaluating and reviewing insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriters to verify policy coverage and risk assessments.
• Maintain organized records of claims, underwriting notes, and policy docs.
• Communicate claim status and required documentation to clients, brokers, and internal teams.
• Identify discrepancies in claims submissions and escalate appropriately.
• Support reporting and data analysis to track trends and underwriting performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, document prep, and correspondence management.
