You will analyze risk, negotiate with partners, and support underwriting decisions to sustain profitability across multiple lines in a primarily home-based setting.

Qualifikationen

• Property & casualty producer license required in the resident state.
• Proven experience in commercial and personal lines insurance placement.
• Strong underwriting and pricing knowledge within carrier guidelines.
• Experience with broker/carrier collaboration and service delivery.
• Excellent communication with agents and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate placement of accounts with admitted/non-admitted carriers or brokers.
• Advise on carrier options for all coverages in the territory.
• Manage a profitable book of business within a geographic area.
• Analyze submissions using risk, hazard, and exposure data to recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and state regulations.
• Review underwriting information, set pricing per guidelines.
• Handle rating/submission processes and prepare proposals.
• Collaborate with staff and carriers to resolve questions on policies.
• Provide product information and sales support to agents.
• Maintain relationships with brokerage and alliance partners.
• Contribute to other assignments or projects as needed.
