Qualifications

• Licensed property and casualty producer.
• Experience in insurance placement for commercial lines.
• Demonstrated customer-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting concepts.
• Ability to analyze submissions and pricing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate placement of accounts with admitted or non-admitted carrier partners/brokers and market select accounts.
• Provide consultation on a broad variety of commercial and personal lines coverages.
• Oversee a book of business within a geographic territory and ensure profitability.
• Analyze submissions with risk characteristics, exposure, hazard recognition and control.
• Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure compliance with authority levels and state regulations.
• Prepare presentations and quotations and coordinate rating with carriers and internal teams.
• Support agents with carrier information and guidance on processes and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokerage and alliance companies for high service standards.
