AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Texas is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Call Center. You will answer inbound calls, assist members, and deliver proactive solutions in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Starting pay is $23.00–$25.00/hour, with an extra $1.00/hour for English/Spanish bilingual fluency. Remote training lasts about 4 months, followed by a 40-hour work week with shifts including Saturdays; must reside in Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a plus and may boost pay.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships.
• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services.
