Arrowhead Automotive, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance, seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive new business in the insurance market. You will collaborate with leadership to expand our customer base and leverage marketing to fuel growth.

Ideal candidates have marketing experience, strong communication and negotiating skills, and willingness to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days, which Brown & Brown will fund. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven capabilities in marketing-related duties with understanding of rating platforms.
• Preference given to applicants with retail agency experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• State insurance license required within first 90 days; Brown & Brown pays for coursework and exam fees.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
• Analyze current customer accounts, establishing cross-sell/account rounding opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Team to review in-force accounts for cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to deepen engagement and referrals.
• Generate new business leads based on lost accounts, industry listings, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of lost accounts, identifying reasons for loss and strategies to win back.
