Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking a fast-track remote Insurance Agent to join its expanding sales team. You will present life insurance, IUL, and annuities via live video, build relationships across markets, and guide clients from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation and virtual video hosting.
Self-starter capable of maintaining high focus and production in a work-from-home role.
Desire to master insurance sales and potentially step into agency leadership.

Responsibilities

Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
Present customized life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity strategies via live video.
Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
