This 100% remote, commission-based opportunity offers a 4-day workweek, access to proprietary lead platforms, mentorship from top agency owners, and annual incentive trips to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (or pursuing it soon).
• Comfort presenting to clients via live video platforms.
• Strong self-discipline and organization for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads across the region using digital platforms and virtual channels.
• Conduct consultative virtual consultations to tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.
• Guide clients through applications, medical underwriting, and policy approval processes.
• Provide long-term support with periodic policy reviews as family priorities evolve.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, advanced product training, and personal development workshops.
