Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
- Proficient with digital communication tools and CRM navigation.
- Self-starter capable of high focus in a work-from-home role.
- Desire to master insurance sales and pursue agency leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets via digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty with regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
- Participate in daily training stand-ups, coaching, and sales strategy sessions.
