Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements).
• High proficiency in digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting.
• Self-starter capable of maintaining high focus and production in a work-from-home role.
• Strong desire to master insurance sales and potentially step into agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
• Present customized life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity strategies via live video.
• Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
• Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
