Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent (or willing to complete pre-licensing)
- High proficiency with digital communication tools, CRM, and virtual video hosting
- Self-starter capable of high focus and productivity in a work-from-home role
- Interest in insurance sales and potential agency leadership
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
- Participate in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops
