The Atlantic District in Pittsburgh is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent who can provide tailored coverage and outstanding service. Based in our Pittsburgh office, you will build relationships with clients, assess their risk, and present competitive homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies.

You will manage a sales pipeline, network locally, and collaborate with underwriting to secure favorable terms, while enjoying a supportive, growth‑oriented team and a flexible work-from-home option.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of direct insurance sales or advisory experience.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and convert leads to clients.
• Deep knowledge of homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies.
• Proficiency with quoting software and customer database management.
• Strong organizational habits and meticulous policy review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to tailor coverage for clients.
• Generate and cultivate a pipeline of new business through local networking and referrals.
• Prepare and present competitive insurance proposals aligned with risk profiles.
• Manage policy renewals and mid-term changes to maintain coverage.
• Collaborate with underwriting to navigate complex accounts and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain a strong presence in the Pittsburgh community to build brand trust.
