Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in direct sales or client relationship management.
• Strong comfort level with modern digital sales platforms and policy management software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, empathetic explanations.
• Experience in insurance industry preferred but not required if sales background strong.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their protection needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent growth in our book of business.
• Present complex insurance concepts in a simple, understandable way for our clients.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure accurate application processing and policy delivery.
• Contribute to a supportive office culture where we share best practices and celebrate wins.
• Maintain accurate client records within our database for reliable follow-up and service.
