The Juris Agency in Bonita, MS is seeking an Account Manager to maintain client relationships, manage policy renewals, and ensure compliance across all insured accounts.

You will coordinate with insurers, assist with claims, and support team initiatives to improve service delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction. A property and casualty license is required in Mississippi, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a property and casualty MS agent license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft computer systems and software.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Previous experience in Applied Epic Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing insurance needs and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and renewals.
• Collaborate with clients and insurers to explain policy details and changes.
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date client data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Follow up on actions, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of requests.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and knowledge sharing.
