Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated Licensed Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts in the insurance field. You will build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and identify cross-selling opportunities to grow account value.

Responsibilities include managing client reviews, handling policy changes and renewals, coordinating with underwriters and claims teams, and preparing client reports. The ideal candidate has a P&C license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Farmers Insurance experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive account growth.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
• Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client reviews.
