Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Working knowledge of P&C insurance products and coverage.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle an assigned portfolio of Property & Casualty accounts with a focus on client retention.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding clients' businesses, exposures, and coverage needs.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the policy year.
• Identify at-risk accounts and take action to address concerns and strengthen relationships.
• Conduct account reviews to identify changing exposures and coverage needs.
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented service.
• Own the renewal process from preparation through completion.
• Market and remarket accounts to obtain competitive coverage and pricing.
