Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC preferred.

• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Oversee policy expirations, renewals and billing inquiries.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals to clients.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; monitor accounts receivable.
