This role supports the account team and producers, handling administrative tasks, policy administration, billing, renewals, and client service within the California region and beyond. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management, a current P&C license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance.
• 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts and collaborate with the team to ensure timely service.
