Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. This role supports the account team, working with the Producer and Account Executive to ensure timely, accurate service while safeguarding against errors and omissions.

The position offers remote work with a preference for California residents or nearby states, and periodic on-site needs may apply. A valid P&C license is required and experience in insurance brokerage is highly valued.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, evaluate and negotiate coverages and pricing, prepare and present proposals, bind coverage, and follow up for policy issuance.
