Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; medical devices or diagnostic instrumentation experience encouraged.
• 2–3 years experience in health care / biomedical devices in the region.
• Solid troubleshooting of instrument hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and web for Cepheid instruments.
• Investigate and resolve complex instrument hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Share knowledge and contribute to training and continuous improvement.
