Job summary

Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to install Cepheid instruments and train customers on CLIA-waived and Moderate-Complex systems. You will support connectivity solutions and play a pivotal role during implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Frequent travel up to 75% across multiple territories, with remote work flexibility. The role requires MT/CLS experience or formal training and strong Microsoft Office/CRM skills to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• MT/CLS experience or formal training in clinical laboratory sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher.
• Strong proficiency with standard software and clinical documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Install Cepheid instruments and train customers on CLIA-waived and Moderate-Complex systems.
• Provide in-field technical direction and support to customers during implementation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Support teams to meet customer needs and drive adoption.
