Job summary

Cepheid, a Danaher company, is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to support the Diagnostic Sales team in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on in-field instrument operation, assay implementation, and post-sale support to expand the user base of Cepheid products.

You will train customers on CLIA waived and Moderate Complex systems, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams, and manage a territory with travel up to 75%. Remote work options are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Minimum 3 years MT/CLS experience or equivalent training background.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, Zoom and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install Cepheid instruments, train customers on CLIA waived and Moderate Complex systems.
• Provide continued support of instrumentation, software revisions, and reagent ADF changes.
• Jointly develop account strategies with Sales Representatives to grow Cepheid business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support implementation in Health systems.
• Independently manage assigned territory with travel and scheduling.
