Cepheid, a Danaher company, is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to support the Diagnostic Sales team in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on in-field instrument operation, assay implementation, and post-sale support to expand the user base of Cepheid products.

You will train customers on CLIA waived and Moderate Complex systems, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams, and manage a territory with travel up to 75%. Remote work options are available where eligible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
Minimum 3 years MT/CLS experience or equivalent training background.
Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, PowerPoint, Zoom and Teams.

Responsibilities

Install Cepheid instruments, train customers on CLIA waived and Moderate Complex systems.
Provide continued support of instrumentation, software revisions, and reagent ADF changes.
Jointly develop account strategies with Sales Representatives to grow Cepheid business.
Coordinate with internal teams to support implementation in Health systems.
Independently manage assigned territory with travel and scheduling.
