Job summary

Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to provide in-field support for the Diagnostic Sales team with emphasis on growing user base for Cepheid products. You will train customers on CLIA waived and Moderate Complex systems, install instruments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service.

The role reports to the West Regional Service Manager and is part of the Customer Care Team in Phoenix, AZ, with a remote work arrangement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years of MT/CLS experience or 3 years’ formal training; or equivalent background.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install Cepheid instruments and train customers on CLIA waived and Moderate Complex systems.
• Support connectivity solutions and assist customers during implementation to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Support and global units to identify customer needs and provide high-quality care.
• Independently manage assigned territory with travel and scheduling aligned to priorities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Master’s degree in field with 3+ years experience
